Home made apple crumble with the last windfall from my apple trees. Still got twenty or thirty large cookers to use up yet. With the custard Pottsy is making.
Gooseberry crumble can tie with rhubarb and if you can find sour apricots, you have a clear winner.(the best pudding is obviously rhubarb crumble)
