Until today** I didnt realise that Turkey is (at the moment) 3 hours ahead of the UK.
This is because Turkey keeps to the same time summer and winter.
Come the end of March the UK will enter summer time and be 2 hours behind them.

They should claim for overtime. However they are working less time for the same pay (ask Einstein).
