The actor played an excellent part, as did many others.
Dont think this has been mentioned before.
The number 4 when written ie four is the only number to have that amount of letters.eg
One.... 3 letters
Two....3 letters
four....4 letters
Which sent me down the rabbit hole...
If you pick any English number word, count its letters, and spell out that new number, repeating the process, you will always eventually land on four. Once you reach four, the sequence stops because it maps to itself as a fixed point, however, if you do the same in Spanish, every single number in Spanish eventually gets trapped in either the cinco loop or the cuatro/seis loop!
Sorry, I dont follow that.
1 Is ONE......where do i go from there ?
- Pick any starting number (for example, eleven).
- Count the letters in that word (eleven has 6 letters).
- Spell out the new number (six has 3 letters).
- Continue the process (three has 5 letters, and five has 4 letters).
- Stop at four because it has 4 letters, creating a permanent loop (four -> four)

Frank Bourne... (colour Seargent Bourne) as seen playing a major part in defending Rork's Drift in the film Zulu was a real person as were many of the films characters.
He lived a long life and died aged 90 in 1945.... just as WW11 ended.
He was the last surviving member of the regiment.

This is the church where Alfred Henry Hook V.C. of Rorke's Drift fame is buried.
The wiki page about him makes interesting reading. Far from the insubordinate malingerer he was portrayed as in the film Zulu, he was by all accounts a model soldier and apparently received good conduct pay in his earlier military service. It also says his by then elderley daughters walked out of the film premiere, so offended were they at his portrayal in the film.
Anyway, here's three more photos, the white cross in the bottom right of the first is on his grave, the second is of his grave and the third is the inscription on the cross.

All the main characters were real, it’s a true story.
Bourne was one of the main characters who didn’t receive the VC.

On the subject of 4 letters: Should you ever need to remember what is Port or Starboard on a ship, Port is Left and they both have 4 letters.
