Not aware of one that would fit a Brompton. Might be a winter project to experiment with a Schwalbe AV4 inner tube and see if it’s possible to weld the rubber together.

If you use the double ended tube you would only have one end to seal after you cut it to fit a 16inch wheel.

Cheapest double ender I can find is £8. If you’re able to work out how to seal one end then you may as well buy a standard inexpensive 16” inner tube, cut it and seal both ends.
