When 'I was done' I felt OK the day after so did the 6 mile commute to work and then did a weekends mountain biking in the Pennines a couple of weeks later Woke up a few days later with hard golf ball size swellings and had to phone in sick. My female boss milked it for all it was worth to cause maximum embarrassment
