thought about bib shorts?

http://www.tenn-outdoors.co.uk/cycle-clothing/mens/bib-shorts/

then a pair of normal shorts over them if your not keen on showing off the lyrca

just started to wear a pair that i bought from decathlon (red padding), awesome fit and no sore back side!

Can I wear a t shirt and a pair of baggy shorts on top of these bib shorts, don't like the sound of Lycra.

Dhb sounds good to me

That Tenn site just got some new viper shorts in. They are just goddamn awesome and are really comfortable for long journeys... In love with the padding. This coming from mainly an off-road cyclist, we off-roaders definitely understand pains in the rear. wait that sounded wrong...

Anyway,

the viper shorts are HERE

They're nice and cheap, but still way better than most other stuff out there. Defo best padding unless you're rich and can spend £80 or something silly... big improvement on the shorts mentioned above!

I need some comfortable under shorts for some long journeys.

Presently, I am using the endura undershirts but want something more comfortable

Thanks

This year I've been using these Bamboo boxers under my cycling gear

http://www.braintreehemp.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=33&products_id=370

been very comfortable so far.

The shorts I'm using are Traditional Touring Shorts

http://www.corinnedennis.co.uk/shorts/traditional-style-touring-shorts-3.html

with the weather being so crap I've only used them a couple of times, but they've been very comfortable.

They sounded amazing, but unfortunately I do not wear anything but bib shorts, shame!
