Reflective elastic ankle bands?

I'm trying to find ankle bands for cycling. I need them to have the following properties:

• at least 5cm / 2" wide
• about 35cm long and with about 10cm velcro at each end
• reflective
• fully elastic, i.e. the material must mould itself over a surface

I want to use them as a cover / seal for the top of my overshoes. I have an existing pair which serve this function very well, but they probably won't last forever, and I can't determine their brand and model unfortunately. They were provided with one of my recent Audax membership cards, and simply have the name "Audax" on them, but nothing to identify the brand and model of the manufacturer.

I've done an extensive internet search for these, but found nothing meeting the above criteria. There are quite a few that are 4cm wide, but that's not wide enough to effectively seal the top of my overshoes.

Yes, if all else fails, I'll try elastic with reflective patches and attach velcro to the ends. At least that way I can tailor the size to exactly what I prefer.
