I'm not too much into frozen stuff but if i cook a chicken curry i'll leave the pot with the lid on over night to cool down and pop it in the fridge the next morning . Then reheat it that night . Roast chicken gets the same treatment and i eat that from the fridge for the next three days either reheating but mostly cold .
The only time i have been ill from chicken was from professional chefs . Once from a restaurant and the other was a wedding and thats proper ill !
