None of them, those are get you home methods at best. Get a repair kit and some spare tubes mail order. Using a screwdriver as a tyre lever? Any fule no the correct tool is a spoon from your mum's cutlery drawer.

Lol, Think as a get you home repair the knot repair might be worth a try if out of tubes etc but either a proper patch or a replacement tube is the only good reliable repair. Know for a temporary repair (roadside and rear only) i have used insulating tape when i had a few punctures one after the other cycling far from home solo over a road with had lots of thorns on it.
 
I first would look to replace the tube with a spare if I’m out and about and get a puncture, if I was really unlucky and had multiple ones I use the “scabs” patches to get me out of a pickle.

Id try a lump hammer first. Then a bit of heat and if that fails, it goes in the bin (canal)...
