Got some Promax mechanical disc brakes on my Caadx and the replacement pads are essentially a copy of the BB5 pads. Removing was easy enough but fitting new ones!!!??? Can't see at all how you can squeeze them both in, along with the clip that goes between them. Am I missing out a vital step?

Make sure the plate is wound right out, inside the callipers before you attempt to put the new pads in, it’s done with the cable position / tension on mechanical systems.
