*It's not really, in fact its nearly gone and it's only three weeks till my first physio appointment.

Still felling miserable with shingles. I think that I managed to get some antiviral medication prescribed in time to minimise the spread but I'm achy and cold with a sore left nipple.

I equate it to having all your nerve endings OUTSIDE your skin in the effected area.
I remember sitting there in a shirt, the shirt just touching your skin makes you wince so you take the shirt off and sit there topless....then you can feel every breath of air on your skin...and it hurts

This week... abscess in gum which was drained at dentist yesterday, waiting for endoscopy to investigate reflux, heavy cold and feeling shivery, apart from that a normal day at work.
