Hi all,
Does anyone know of who is legally responsible for a poorly maintained bike shed? My building has a bike shed that only has one rack that is attached to the wall which has bikes from 2+ years on it. The rest of the racks are not attached to anything. There are also plenty of old unused bikes in there and many tenants use it as a dumping ground for things so its overflowing with crap. I have asked the building management to sort it out a few times and they never have. Is it the landlords responsibility or the management company? If anyone can point me to something that proves who is liable that would be seriously appreciated I can't find anything!
