Sounds like that's his hunting ground. I'd set up a bait bike, film the bastard then arrest him with a couple of buddies. A pal of mine caught a scrote trying to break into his car outside the back of his office, tackled him and held him down until the Police arrived. He said the scrote pleaded to be let go but my pal is a rugby player and doesn't give up easily.

The best thing is, that there’s a police station, about 100 yards to the left of the pub, although given local plod’s apathy towards bike thefts, I doubt they could even be bothered to go that far.
