Hi to you all I'm hoping to do this inaugural ride this year , ballot result this week , who else is hoping ? I live in Rugby anyone from here ?

I heard (somewhere and can't remember where) that the ballot is tomorrow. Crikey-bobs! Scarey thought, but quite exciting x

According to the ride100 twitter feed we should get 1 of 2 magazines from Thursday, one if you've got a space, one if you haven't and a email confirmation about a week later......fingers crossed.

Anyone know how many entrants and how many 'normal' places there are (ie non charity spaces)?

According to the facebook feed: 50k (or 75k) entrants fighting for 20k places, I don't know if that's total (ie. including charity spots) or over and above the charity spots either way it's massively over subscribed and yes, between 7th and 15th (again according to FB) I'd rather the disappointment of not making the cut came sooner rather than later but fingers crossed good news comes tomorrow.
