You should contact the police and the pub with the cctv before they wipe the tape, also the witness should be contacted. It might seem a bit mean but the driver should have been paying attention and at least deserves a good telling off. Just because there is low sun, she should take more care in tricky situations.

Dippy bint comes in from the left, there is an empty car park between the roads and they come in at close angles so she had plenty of time to see me, but she didn't due to the winter sun at low angles apparently (excuses excuses).

If she had plenty of time to see you then you also had plenty of time to see her but you were going too fast!

She entered the roundabout whihc really is mini and so not much room for avoiding people etc. I have the right of way, like I said, so I go round the round about until I notice out of the corner of my eyte this car. I hoped that she was going straight on so I could just brake and merge in behind her, but instead she carried on going round the roundabout.

What is this 'right of way'? Why did you hope that she was 'going straight on'? Never, ever assume anything.

Mr. Hippo, as I pointed out to Crankarm, there are friendlier ways of trying to put your thought across to the young man in question. It would be nice if you cut him some slack rather than slap him about with what is so obvious to you.
