Rim Type In Question

Hi guys. I wonder if I have a aluminium (alloy) rim or carbon rim with aluminium brake track. There’s some carbon pattern on the top.
It’s 700Cx28mm. No brand.

My money would be on a carbon pattern on top of the aluminium rim.
I have some c24 carbon / aluminium wheels and the carbon is built up around the spoke holes. And thee are fewer spokes 16 on front to reduce weight too.
