Does anyone know a brand and model of road bikes with long headtube and short top tube? I've done a bit of research and so far I've found specialized and merida bikes.

Is there any more out there?

My Pearson has a very tall head tube

Presumably you need a more 'sportive / endurance' style bike

Giant Defy would be another. I think Trek have the Domane and I think Cannondales is the Synapse (might be wrong there).

I guess that's the one he means? Or the Roubaix?

I should think it's more important to select a bike with the appropriate geometry for one and ones riding needs rather than looking at the numbers per se

Possibly Vicks, I think they're both pretty 'heads up'. TBH, my CAADX is pretty upright and it works as a road bike ... There's a lot of choice out there .

Yes @rockyraccoon hasn't really elucidated the reasons for his question...whether he's just interested in a general sense, looking to buy a new bike or what

thanks everyone! I should have explained it better. I moved from Allez to Roubaix and it was a massive improvement in comfort. It fits me perfect now. I tried same size frames from different manufactures but I always thought the head tube too short.

I'm looking for my next n+1. Something with long head-tube (min 180 mm), top tube 55 ou 56 cm and same seat and head tube angle. As vickster has mentioned something such as sportive / endurance type of frame.

long head tube... that`ll be an awol. however, the top tube is long but it has a short stem.

I would say the awol is the same step up again as you went from the tarmac to the Roubaix.
