Going on the seemingly scratched record of why are you recording this? Id guess that was why?

So a bloke has a video of her car parked badly. Big deal. What could he do with it? She ended up making a spectacle of herself.

She did, he should have told her to go forth ect, but seemed he wanted more footage?
It seems to me that just recording people can be a wind up, I dont suppose anyone likes being filmed like this, its akin to someone taking photos and writing notes about you. Some are bound to take offence to it.

Next, all us helmet cam cyclists are going to have that.

(Something I dont want to think about: Rhyl yobbo's chasing me down the street, asking my why I am filming them!!)

I'm not so sure about that. He seemed keen to get out of there and avoid confrontation. She was the aggressor. And threatening to make a false allegation of assault whilst being filmed is not the smartest thing one can do.

Seems to be a passive agressive type. Although not illegal, I can see how the blatant filming may pish some people off.

There is of course the risk that the person being filmed could take the cam off you and park it somewhere  . I see no problem with filming your commutes if you have a bit of confrontation and want to record it, but unless he is filming a specific offence, and she had asked him to stop as she didn't like being filmed, he should have respected that as that is just good manners. Standing by the side of the road baiting people is just asking for a knuckle sandwich.

I liked the bit where the bloke kept repeating aggressively "Why are you intimidating my wife?" over and over. Sounds like he was the one doing the intimidating.

I don't think the person filming exacerbated it, unless we think he shouldn't have filmed the inital case of obstruction of the highway.
