I have some Rock Shox triple clamp SIDs which are about 10 years old and very much in need of a service. Has anyone ever serviced ther own forks before? Do I need special tools etc?

I've serviced my fox forks before, very easy, go online, the SRAM Rock shox website will have details for servicing.

Cheers GilesM, I printed off the service manual so hopefully I'll manage to get things sorted this weekend.

Depending on what needs douing it might be worth considering sending them back to Fishers or over TFT.

My Rev's pop'd an oil seal recently, once I priced up the bits plus oils it was cheaper to have them done rather than do it myself.

Just a thought.
