Dogtrousers
Lefty tighty. Get it righty.
Are you maybe a bird? And excrete nitrogenous waste via your cloaca?Everyone with a "P" view that's different to mine!
Actually, I don't do "P", so thats the entire planet in there.

Unless said item is still in the shop, brought is also correct.
But still allows the user inference it’s nicked, but that might the impression modern youth are wanting to make.
This is an internet forum, of COURSE we have nothing better to do with our time and are utterly desperate for something to do!How about if you paid for it online, with a click and collect option. You could* argue that the buying was complete when you did the bringing.
* If you really had absolutely nothing better to do with your time and were utterly desperate for something to do.
Any retail outlet that uses “say yes or no to charity donation” on their card terminal
Here's something that really is annoying. Oxfam in their wisdom now have an unpleasant chemical scent sprayed in all their shops. This isn't merely an annoyance as it badly affects my breathing, having acquired otherwise mild asthma after a respiratory illness a few years back. More than 30 seconds I am pushing my luck for an asthma episode and it's a good half hour before I'm right afterwards. I have 30kg of books to donate but short of leaving them on the step and creating a scene by shouting for someone to fetch em, I'm a bit stuck. I had to practically run out when I took the last lot. Their likely losing a couple of hundred quid a year off me in purchases too
It's the same with cats. Not only does the vapour from electronic air fresheners get into their lungs but they ingest it when they lick their fur.
No, it isn't well known, but cats are dyslexic and think its an Ox Farm.Is that why you never see cats donating to Oxfam?
