Thanks will take a look at that thread. Rory been shut for sometime I just can`t remember what year it was and I`m writting an article about the shop for a club magazine.

It was still open in 2001 when I moved to Wales, I think it closed two or three years later.

Looks like your right Smokin Joe i`ve just been told 2003. When I started cycling again I got my first bike in Rory`s a Dawes Lighting that was way back in 1979.
