Now well over 100 days into this tour. Some great stuff everywhere but now in north west Scotland and so far it hasn't got better than this. (Except the weather, which is dire.) Great news for anyone who can no longer afford euros.

The ride through all 97 counties of mainland Britain is finally over after 148 days. I'm not sure how many miles it was in total because my cycle computer packed in after 215 but it must be somewhere around 5,000. Every single county has somewhere worth cycling but there are some really special places and some bonkers museums too. If Brexit is currently making a visit to Europe too expensive there's plenty to do on this little island.

Yep, I plan to start it tomorrow, although most of the notes I took are already in the netbook. Hopefully out by the end of November.

Cheers, but it's not dedication. This is what enables me to eat nowadays and so I need to get writing.
