There are, kind of... The Civil Aviation, Air Navigation Order has many sections relating to drone flights. A simplified 'drone code' was produced, explaining what owners must not do when using their drones. The BMFA (British Model Flying Association) also have put the pertinent regulations on their website.

Sorry, I was talking about restrictions on the use of these.......

Not just mini drones but also model airplanes and helicopters are a problem. I used to do about 20-30 laps,cycling around my local park. These "enthusiasts" would "fly" the objects in the middle of the park. The fear of one of those stupid objects crash landing on my head meant i spent as much time looking up at the sky as i did watching out for self-gratification artist motorists and potholes!

Completely off-topic, I know, but as someone who's trying to learn French, I was curious as to why "plus rien" and not just "rien"?

Oh you know the French, why be difficult when with little more effort you can be impossible. On the other hand "nothing more" is a bit odd, sort of shorthand for " after the initial outlay there will be no more expense" but that sounds so formal . and l guess if you said "rien" without any qualification, it would imply that you didn't have to pay for anything at all. My brain hurts....going for a lie down
