After 4/5months training indoors on my smart trainer without a single saddle sore,I have recently started to venture back outside on my bike.
However a few weekends ago after 2 days in a row outside I developed a saddle sore, I have been careful managing it however it has been flaring up again after some rest and it clearing up.
I am using a good quality pad (endura) and nothing has changed from last year in my set up (saddle height, routine etc)
I have used the same bike on my smart trainer all winter without any Issues at all. Obviously when outside riding we move around on the saddle a good bit more
Is it common for this to happen in the spring after working indoors for so long?
I have had saddle sores in the past but not this early in the season.
