Argh, tea has been had (quorn and red lentil curry with cashew nuts and coconut yoghurt) but reading these has made me hungry again.

I'm growing basil in a window box, its not big enough to pick yet, but when it is, it's going to basil heaven to become pesto

Wensleydale or White Stilton with apple slices.
Mature cheddar and branston pickle.
President Brie [cos it's cheaper than most and really French] and sliced grape or vine tomatoes.

Peanut butter and any cheese (proper cheese, not that blue Stilton muck). Can also use banana instead of cheese. Bung a few crisps in, too!

Cheese and Marmite. All on wholemeal bread.
