It is funny, but it's also spoiled IMO by the fact he's already sold two other Tom Tom's back in March, one of which earned him negative feedback.
Perhaps one was his and the busted on that earned him his neg was Nigel's
Even if the listing is pure folly it's worked for him so far, 160,000 page views and upto £160 for a knackered old Tom Tom! Clearly they're not all locked up yet, good luck to him.
The problem is that you can buy a vastly superior brand new one for less money, so it does appear that he will be getting shafted as I suspect the winning bidder will never contact him, I hope it's not his ex

The guy justs want to sell an old sat nav, whether the story is true or not doesn't matter. Shame once these things go viral all the knobs decide to bid. I hope ebay ban them all, although they'd just re-register with a new hotmail account no doubt and then wreak havoc on some other poor sods life.

Sounds to good to be true ,and £300 bid for a sat nav that does not work when looking on e bay you can get a working one for less than £100
