Bored so i have hoovered two bedrooms,polished ours, hoovered the staircase and hallway.

Late shift last night so rode home and got in about 12.45 am then up this morning to give the house the finishing touches before the 2 potential buyers come around later .
Car needs a clean too as it must be over a month since it was done and its filthy inside and out and the commuter bike needs a deep clean and probably new components but im probably going to leave them on till winter is done .

I hope you get what you need financial wise,plus i hope it goes through faster than the f i laws,it's taking forever,June and now it's January,but two did pull out over their problems.I just hope this builder does not try a fast one right near the end and ask for more off,seeing as it has been sat stood empty for so long,mind you the heating is on timer so i cannot see any damp problems cropping up.
