Morning. Busy day today as its young oxo's 21st. Lots of family stuff planned today starting with a nice lakeside bistro breakfast before it gets to hot. Supposedly last of the hot days for a bit 🤞🤞. I'm guessing Sungod has seen my back garden as its certainly scorched like a savanna. Have a nice wkend all.

Saturday, second hand and sore.

My route supplier for yesterday's Munros had an absolute shocker; 2 hours of peat bog hopping followed by a 5k tarmac walk out made for not much fun. Mrs Wakemalcolm says she has the walking confidence of a new born foal and I'm reconsidering my ParkRun big talk.

No decisions to be made until coffee breakfast and tour highlights consumed.

From slightly cooler than yesterday Norfumberland. 32.5 deg c yesterday. T'was a bit of a sticky drive across here.
Beans is in the Furchester Hotel.
The DW's moaned a bit.
