Morning all. Easy day as big run tomorrow. Walking local parkrun with the OH. Rain appeared overnight seems to have disappeared. Need to retape bars on gravel bike and fit gel pads, my least favourite job. Have a nice wkend.

Still feels too early here. Caught up on a bit of sleep last night and was only woken by dogs needing a leak. Watched the England game last night - bit of a dull win but there you go.

Usual stuff today - hound outing before it rains, lunch in town, supplies, a few weights. No ride on account account of likely crap weather. Not sure about later.

Morning spent on tedious chores, and a trip to the shops for sufficient comestibles to ensure survival for a few more days yet. Did a virtual ride this arvo around a small island off Sardinia, and spent the time pondering what order to avoid jobs in tomorrow.
