I'm sitting listening to "Parklife Weekender" festival that has just struck up and audible from my back garden. Looks like they will be having a wet one this year. Daughter is about to head off clutching her wellies as it's raining on and off. No storms though.

At least she's not got far to come home when soaking wet. Festivals can be fun in the rain but only if you can get dry sharpish when you want to:biggrin::rain:

Anyone in North Yorks who can give a weather report? My OH is spending the weekend in a static caravan near Staithes with her sister!

Just a bit of lightning out over the sea here, and a brief shower - that's all for us in our part of the south coast. Now plenty of sunshine between the clouds and no sense of anything coming.

we had very bad rain on wed in Midlothian but so far today we have just had a few spits of rain nothing much yet i love a good storm with forked lightening some of the best if seen have been along the west coast of the uk they get some crackers blowing in across the sea
