To lighten the mood. I noticed a Halfords in top left hand corner. Are they giving driving lessons now???
Was in Tesco today. Driving lesson gift cards being sold in there. Makes you wonder if someone thinks thats their "right to drive" after they've spent their 25 quid.

I was thinking more personal safety fine to hand the videos to the police personally I would not publicise the fact that I might have proof of something that looks very gang land. A friend of mine was driving down Woolwhich high street a few years ago got cut up. So he swore at them two cars chased him pulled up one in front one in the back then smashed the window in the car in an attempt to pull him through the window. All I am suggesting is that a his voice is on the video and is quite distinctive and b why make yourself easier to find.

There is also the possibility that one of those adolescent would-be gangsters might come across the film and use it to ''enhance'' his reputation as well as to confirm his ''career choice.'' Obviously, it's only a possibility but it could be counter-productive.

On a serious note a guy on a recumbant is more likely to be recognized by gang members and retribution for getting their faces and actions on camera if you had have given chase and got footage.
