Right.
Tried them (it) yesterday.
One slice told me it wasn't for me. It was the texture.
Fortunately the son's girl friend loves them and finished them off.

Interesting though I havee no idea what marags are.....must google it.
I had a look to see what google said and never realised the Indian versions existed.
Kind of black pudding but with lumps is the Stornaway version. I rather liked them on our visits to relatives there but probably best not to enquire too much about the actual content.
I remember Nick Nairn a celeb chef being in a home kitchen with a woman making black pudding at home. He had to make a quick exit off camera to the sound of retching. Having had a lot of falling down juice the night before did not help.
