A flat on one of my old postie rounds in SO15 had a plaque by the door, stating it was used for some scenes of Father Of Girls from 2009, starring Ray Winstone!

It is possible that some of you are too young to get this one?

Favourite Crime drama?
Why, Taggart of course and yes, scenes were filmed all over this area!
Other T.V. things?
I used to live in Dumbarton, within sight of part of the River City set. I never did quite find out what buildings it was meant to be that I saw.
Take The High Road was filmed in Luss and the locality in general.
Some scenes from Chewin' The Fat, Still Game and other similar things were filmed in Clydebank Shopping Centre and round about.
There will be others, but I've forgotten now.
Where's that?
It's in Townhead, I was working nearby, at the distillery on the Great Western Road, so made the pilgrimage.
