School Holiday TV

What is wrong nowadays? Surely all schools are now off on holiday and there is no sign of any decent Summer Holiday TV.

No Flashing Blade, no Tarzan, no Zorro, no Why Don't You?, no Robinson Crusoe, no White Horses, no Heidi, no Tom and Jerry, no Top Cat. And what of the Banana Splits? Nothing.

I'm minded not to have my summer holiday and go back to work.

You're all looking at this through rose-tinted varifocals. It was the same every bloody summer and was boring as hell. Heidi, Huckleberry Finn, King of The Rocket Men, Banana Splits, Black Beauty etc. repeated year after year after year.
