Schwalbe Big Apple balloon tyres

Bike's had an annoying little bump once per wheel rev. Inspected the tyres and there's a bit of an indentation on one. Looks like a defect to me but I've no experience with these massive tyres. Thoughts?

Looks like a manufacturing flaw to me. I should return it.

I have them on my Trice, no lumpy bits so as @Cycleops says, manufacturing defect, send 'em back.

I had them some years ago on one of my bikes, good bounce!
No, they should not have that flaw, return.

Same here. Mine run without bumps.
