As I'm using my city bike whilst having some work done on my tourer, I decided to get some faster tyres than the 26 x 1.75 Conti Contacts that were on it to speed up my 25 mile commute. Went for 26 x 1.5 Schwalbe City Jets. At 80psi, a decently fast tyre for my purpose. BUT having had three punctures in about three weeks on the same routes I use daily with the same number of punctures in about four years running Marathons and the Contacts, I'm not impressed - ! 
With the name City Jet, one would think that they would be particularily proof from urban detrius, but apparently not. Still, took them back and got a refund - and back to the Contacts - !
