Drawing the Dugs Heid is a good route but a long day out and not to be underestimated... @Col5632 Cleish tis but a molehill (though probably beyond me at present) - a tour de forth is probably a better route, if you can bypass Grangemouth - cake stop at the Kelpies.

Slow 50k probably my limit at the mo, but will pop in from time to time to keep an eye on you all...

It's about my limit atm, no hills mostly flat is the way forward, tour we forth is not a bad shout really
