Seat post rack

Are they any good I picked one up the tesco one the other day as it was cheap
But I am a bit worried about it swinging too the side when I pop a load of shopping in it. I would balance it out of course.
I do I need to put it on very very tightly

ah not an issue anyway seat post stem is too thin. Luckily I had an old rack in the shed which fits it anyway
