Seat Post

I want a longer seat post, I ride a Trek 5200 Carbon Frame but I am not sure what size I need, any assistance greatly appreciated folks

Your old post might say when its removed other wise you'll need callipers or lbs to measure it accurately. Or if its a recent model you may find the specs on the manufacturer's site.

They sell these in Poundland. If they have both the plastic and metal models the former is better. Well worth the "investment"!

Or look out for the digital calipers in Aldi or Lidl -- approx £7.99. Don't know what I'd do without them
