That's a really sick thing to do. Any bomb is awful, but imagine some kid whose recently lost his bike, spots it somewhere and runs to get it.....

The person found guilty should be forced to ride a bike rigged with explosives. When the bike drops below 10mph, the bike explodes. If they attempt to get off, the bike explodes.
