Selling bits on ebay USA bidders should I beware?

Selling an old GPS on ebay only expecting about £20 .Ad says posts uk only. Have one bidder only based in USA.

Could this be a scam of some sort?

Message him and remind him it is UK only. And there's not international postage.

He may be registered in USA but on a long holiday here.

If you're not happy with his response you can remove his bids and block him.

Turns out he is now resident in UK so all is good.
