setback 25.4 seatpost

Im looking for a setback 25.4 seat post as the supplied post on the synapse doesnt allow me to get the saddle far enough back as the upper clamp shape stops the saddle rail going far enough back .

Looks to me like you already have a setback post?
That, needing further back, and along with the stack height would suggest that the bike is too small.

I only have 3 cm of setback due to the design of the seatpost clamp , according to sizing guides it's spot on . It's a 53 top tube and im an 5 foot 6

The new seat post that you have ordered is most likely just the same size.

Indeed but the upper clamp is smaller, for some reason the stock one is too large for the kids b and steps the saddle going further back
