Would you report me for doing 27 in a 20 zone on my bike? 46 in a 40 downhill into Cheltenham?

You'd be wasting your time. Always frustrating to see but it's not worth the effort involved to see an officer and make a statement. The system discourages reporting of socially acceptable offences.

No, because I haven't got a calibrated speedo to provide evidence

But red light jumping might be a different matter, if I had a camera
