Just taken delivery of a pair of RS21 wheels with an 11 speed hub and I'm going to fit a ten speed cassette. Which end of the cassette does the supplied 1.85mm spacer go, large sprocket or small?

Yeah, if you put a spacer in the wrong place it will disintegrate when you tighten up the cassette. DAMHIKT
Not if you set the limiter screw up.Large. If you put it next to the small cog the chain sits on it and keeps jumping of the high gear.
I haven't had time to look yet, but my existing cassette is a Shimano 10 on a ten speed hub, will that already have the 1mm spacer fitted? What type of cassette? Shimano 10 speed cassettes are narrower and come supplied with a 1mm spacer, which also has to be fitted.
? I've never used a 1mm spacer with shimano cassettes on any wheel. What type of cassette? Shimano 10 speed cassettes are narrower and come supplied with a 1mm spacer, which also has to be fitted.
It should be on the existing hub if properly fitted.I haven't had time to look yet, but my existing cassette is a Shimano 10 on a ten speed hub, will that already have the 1mm spacer fitted?
Just looked, no 1mm spacer that I can see behind the cassette and it doesn't have any play in it.It should be on the existing hub if properly fitted.
