Shimano 9sp medium cage derailleur or RD-6600 cage plates

Hello,
my rear derailleur plates got bent and I need to replace either the plates (which seem to be really hard to get) or a new derailleur. Any 9-speed Shimano GS Sora or better will do.

I've got a Tiagra, unsure if its 8 speed or 9 though as its off a bike I've just bought. I can send a photo if that helps?

I can't determine the model number, but I need a medium cage one anyway, I'm sorry I forgot to mention this.
