Shimano Ultegra Rear Sprockets

i need some advice on what i need to do to remove my rear sprockets and change them to a set what are easier to climb hills with. I dont really know what myoptions are in regards to these sprockets and so on.
just hoping some1 can tell me what options are availiable. thanks

Ultegra 10 speed, the largest I could find was 12-30t. Gives me 1:1 ratio which is usually low enough for me.

I know it might not be overly helpful but you could just practice riding hills more until you are comfortable on the ones you've got.
