No idea, but you might have a problem with that. Don't know about other carriers but these are DHL's terms for carrying batteries:
Batteries: Must not exceed 2 g lithium content. Cells: Must not exceed 20 Wh. Batteries:Must not exceed 100 Wh.
I suspect your Brompton battery will exceed that.

I would ask at your bike shop. There are courier companies that will also do that.
