OK, serious question. What is the expected response when one does not 'do too well' in an exam?

a) shrug shoulders
 re-sit
c) counselling
d) life on the streets

My favourite bit was achieving a score of 1% in the statistics exam.

How long did it take them to work that out?

Not long, I suspect. I hadn't attended any of the lectures because they were run by a very dull man indeed who used to dish out an A4 handout and then sit at the front of the class and read it out, word for word. For an hour. And the stats lectures were on a Monday morning. So when it came to the exam, I think I had a go at the first question before walking out.
Any idiot can get 0%, but 1% ... that's special.

what caves are you in for that first pic joe?

Cheddar Gorge. Right at the time of the little walk you do if i remember right.
My brother was using his digital SLR with his huge flash, i was using a small compact camera with the flash turned off and a steady hand. My pictures looked alot better.
What i could of done though, was to use a tripod to have them even steadier, some of them were abit blury.

Put it this way. I now have an extra exam to do in July simply because i couldn't be bothered to do the work in the first term. This is another exam on top of them all now. I should have worked and now will.

SLRs are harder to use at first (especially if you use them on manual mode) but once you get the hang of them, the results can be much better. You've got the flexibility to bounce the flash, for a start.
That said, the most important bit of any camera is the 12" behind the viewfinder. I like your shot of the casette.
