My take on the video is that he shouted across to the houses on the left (one is still visible at 53s, presumably there are others), at his mate who just happens to be called Mikey or Marky (which I thought was the coincidence in the video title, and it does happen). They then drive on their way until they're approached by a cyclist being a bit confrontational, which is why they were wary at the beginning. The passenger wasn't trying to hide, his seat is just further back than the driver's is. Once you'd told them you thought they'd said d1ckhead, they both laugh at the same time when they realise how ridiculous it is. They couldn't have faked that reaction, and if they had have shouted at you, they'd have kept up the 'guilty' act, although guilt and fear can look very similar.
