Just picked up these two restoration projects yesterday (for free!)

As far as I can tell, the only things that the road bike needs is a new chain, tyres and tubes. And a handlebar adjustment!

Now we come to the MTB. And I've no clue...

I've currently got four bikes.
A Forme CX with mudguards and panniers used for my commute and winter cycling,
Merida Ride carbon, for rides out in the summer especially hilly ones as the gearing is ideally spaced,
1993 Raleigh 625ti, frame in original condition but upgraded gearing and brakes,
1983 Rossin, just had the frame resprayed and upgraded the gearing and brakes, all Italian. Still in progress of upgrade!

What's in my stable?. Well, as a collector of older machines, I've got an eclectic range.
1896 Singer Trike.JPG This is the oldest steed in the collection at 119 years old.
1904 Dursley Pedersen.JPG This is the 2nd oldest at 111 years old

1905 Chater-Lea Tandem.JPG The 3rd oldest.

1912 W.M.C.JPG 4th at 103

1900 Mystery.jpg 5th at 98

1924 BSA.jpg 6th at 91 years old

These are the modern machines

Hi Daddybus. I'm not sure if this'll be a help or a hinderance, but thought you might like to see it anyway. 1947 Rudge-Whitworth Catalogue, showing the Aero Clubman. View attachment 104335
Thanks cycling mad the brochure has been a help in identifing whats original. The guy i bought it from actually gave me a photo copy.
I think?? mine is a 46 as the decals indicate its pre clubman according to my research but all the specs are the same... I stand to be corrected tho...
